Q: What are your candles made of?
A: All of our candles are hand-poured with 100% soy wax, cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrance oils for a clean, even burn.

Q: How should I care for my candle?
A: Always trim your wick to ¼ inch before lighting and allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jar on the first burn to prevent tunneling.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! We offer local pickup at select times — message us on Facebook or email soulscentscompany1@gmail.com to arrange your order.

Q: Do you take custom or bulk orders?
A: We do! For events, gifts, or wholesale inquiries, reach out through our contact form or email us directly.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Standard orders take 7–10 business days to process. Pre-orders require a 2-week turnaround before shipping. Processing time does not include shipping time.
